This four story, 20 unit residential building lives in a Brookline neighborhood known for its historic buildings. The team worked extensively with the neighborhood and city to create a contemporary structure that respected its historic context. Curving and subdividing the facade were strategies employed to reduce the effective scale of the building, and better respond to the surrounding conditions.
