Talbot Ave

The Talbot Ave development weaves 40 residential units, ground floor retail, and religious use into a Dorchester neighborhood. The massing of the building responds to varied urban conditions - lower-scale volumes with regular bay windows at the north and east abut medium-density residential neighborhoods, while the taller volume anchors a prominent position along neighborhood connector street Talbot Ave.

The project secured City of Boston BPDA Board approval in November 2018.
