The Daughters of Israel Mikvah is part two of a three-phase project, completed in 2019. Part one is the renovation of the Congregation Kadimah Toras-Moshe Synagogue, which will be completed in 2021. Part three, also slated for completion in 2021, is 105 Washington, a 73-unit residential building. All three buildings share a site along Washington Street in Brighton. The building takes its massing cues from the neighborhood building context and its facade aesthetically connects it to the neighboring Synagogue in materiality and tone.
