This 20 unit residential building is situated on an edge between high and low density development in Boston’s Allston neighborhood. The façade respects the character of the adjacent, existing buildings with jointing and reveal patterns. It incorporates many sustainable design principals including site planning, low maintenance landscape, solar orientation, water management, HVAC management, natural lighting, ventilation and air quality, low VOC emitting materials, recyclable and renewable materials and specialized building techniques.
