Our project at 555 Talbot Ave is located in the Ashmont neighborhood in Dorchester. The project looks to re-energize Peabody Square though a simple, well detailed, and bold architectural response that is worthy of the square’s rich history. This new thirty-three apartment building is a true transit orientated development, as it is steps away from he Ashmont T-stop. The ground level will also feature a new restaurant space that will re-ignite the public space in front of the property.
