BPDA and Boston Parks Department Approve First Passive House Certified Homes in Boston

We are proud to announce that the Brucewood Homes have received final approval from the BPDA + Boston Parks Department! We are expecting to break ground within the next few weeks on what will be Boston's first Passive House Certified homes!
