Senior Architect / Project Manager
We are excited to open an opportunity for a full-time Senior Level Project Architect and Manager to join the team in the design of institutional, commercial, and multi-family buildings from design through construction.
We are looking for candidates that have the following experiences:
Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Master of Architecture degree
At least 20 years of professional architectural experience. Multi-family residential experience is a plus
Proficiency in Revit (a must), Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong design and technical skills
Project team management and leadership in the iterative design process through all phases of delivery including meeting deadlines, coordination of consultants, and construction administration
Expertise in project financial management by managing staff hours and project budgets
Be highly motivated and organized to manage or delegate responsibilities and determine priorities to meet multiple project requirements
Dedicated to mentoring staff and sharing expertise throughout the firm
Excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams, clients, consultants, and the community
