RODE’s involvement in the revitalization of Boston’s Industrial neighborhood of Newmarket continues with the design the new F.W. Webb headquarters.  This project began with a feasibility study to determine the best size and layout that could accommodate the light industrial side of the business as well as its front-of-house needs. Client input and ongoing feedback helped guide our understanding of size and configuration needs. This future hub of F.W. Webb in Boston will house its warehouse, contractor self-service, and showroom, as well as offices, training room, and public lobby. This project will produce jobs and economic growth while encouraging pedestrian improvements and commuter accessibility for the Newmarket Area, all goals set forth in the city’s plan for the future of the area.
