DESIGNER

RODE Architects is a collaborative, innovative design firm in Boston’s South End. The firm is seeking a full-time Architectural Designer to join the team in the design of institutional, commercial, residential and multi-family buildings from design through construction.

Candidates must have a Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Master of Architecture degree, and at least 2 years of post-graduation experience in professional architectural office. Candidates should also have experience the following skill set:

  • Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design

  • Strong design and graphic illustration skills

  • Knowledge of construction documents

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas to various levels of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects

  • Embraces the challenge of juggling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

  • Be highly motivated, organized, and able to self-manage tasks and priorities to meet deadlines

PROJECT ARCHITECT

RODE Architects is a collaborative, innovative design firm in Boston’s South End. The firm is seeking a full-time Project Architect to join the team in the design of institutional, commercial, residential and multi-family buildings from design through construction.

Candidates must have a Bachelor of Architecture degree or a Master of Architecture degree and at least 7 years of relevant work experience.

We are looking for candidates that have the following skill set.

  • Proficiency in Revit (a must), Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design

  • Strong design and graphic illustration skills

  • Demonstrated experience executing architectural projects from Design through Construction Administration

  • Project team leadership in the iterative design process through all phases of delivery including meeting deadlines, coordination of consultants, and construction administration

  • Demonstrated experience managing project staffing and budgets

  • Effective mentor for all levels of staff

  • Excellent written, verbal, listening and presentation skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with your teams, clients and consultants

  • Be highly motivated, organized, and able to manage or delegate tasks and priorities to meet project deadlines
